1. Scope

This Refund Policy applies to all services provided by QuantumGridWorks, registered at 1123, Gothersgade 35, Copenhagen, Denmark. It governs the terms under which refunds may be requested and processed for services rendered.

2. Project Deposits

All projects require an initial deposit before work commences. This deposit is non-refundable once work has begun, as it covers initial planning, research, and resource allocation undertaken by QuantumGridWorks on your behalf.

3. Milestone-Based Refunds

For projects structured around milestones, refunds are evaluated based on the following criteria:

  • If a project is cancelled before a milestone deliverable has been completed, any payments made for that unfinished milestone may be partially refunded, less the value of work already performed.
  • If a project is cancelled after delivery of a milestone, no refund is available for that milestone, as the deliverable has been fulfilled.
  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within 14 calendar days of the relevant invoice date.

4. Completed Work

No refund is available for work that has been fully delivered, reviewed, and accepted by the client. Acceptance is deemed to occur when the client provides written confirmation or when 14 calendar days have elapsed following delivery without a written objection.

5. Disputes

If a dispute arises regarding the quality of delivered work, QuantumGridWorks will engage in good-faith discussions to resolve the matter. Where a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Copenhagen, Denmark, in accordance with applicable Danish law.

6. Statutory Rights

This Refund Policy does not affect your statutory rights under Danish consumer protection law or the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), where applicable.
